Practice 02

Yin Yoga

Slow, meditative practice that releases deep tension and awakens enduring inner peace.

The Approach

The Yin Yoga Approach

Unlike dynamic yang styles of yoga that emphasize muscular engagement, Yin Yoga allows the mind to settle while holding poses for 3–5 minutes or longer. This permits deep access to the fascia, joints, and meridian system — the body’s energy pathways.

As tension releases at the deepest levels, the nervous system naturally shifts into parasympathetic activation — the state of rest, recovery, and healing. This is where true transformation occurs.

Each class balances physical restoration with meditation and pranayama (breath work), creating an integrated experience that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
