By booking a session, you certify that:
No-shows: No refund, payment is forfeited
Rescheduling is available if requested 48+ hours in advance.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept online payments through our secure system.
Prices are subject to change with notice. Package pricing is locked at the time of purchase.
The Shambala Tree and the facilitator are not liable for any injury, emotional distress, or other damages arising from your participation in sessions. You voluntarily assume all risks.
What you share in sessions remains confidential, except where legally required to disclose (imminent harm to self or others).
Sessions may not be recorded or photographed without express written consent. Retreats may include group photos; you may opt out.
These terms are governed by applicable local and state law.
