Is 9D Breathwork safe?
Yes. I create trauma-informed, safe sessions. We discuss contraindications upfront. Anyone with cardiac issues, high blood pressure, or respiratory conditions should consult their doctor first.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Breathwork is accessible to all levels. I personalize every session to your experience and comfort level.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. I’ll provide a yoga mat and blanket. Come hydrated and on a relatively empty stomach if possible.
What if I get emotional?
Emotional release is often part of the healing process. I hold space for whatever arises and will support you through it with complete compassion and safety.
